RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach (typically) 24 credits over the academic year with a strong emphasis on development of student writing skills, substantive legal knowledge in a variety of areas of law, and advising students. Teach courses in Legal Research and Writing, Advanced Legal Research, Bankruptcy, Contracts, Wills and Estates, and Interviewing or other legal specialty courses to meet Paralegal Program needs. Assist Paralegal Program with course development , offerings and assessment. Assist Paralegal Program and Economics, Law and Politics Department with Annual reviews and assessment. Conduct scholarship, professional development, and service as required under the IFO contract and as schedule permits.
