Title IX Coordinator/Equity Investigator
The candidate will leads the University’s efforts to prevent and respond to discrimination, harassment, sexual violence, and discriminatory retaliation and is responsible for oversight and coordination of the daily responsibilities associated with equity compliance and Title IX compliance. Will be responsible for conducting investigations pertaining to discrimination and harassment including any violations of the Non-Discrimination Policy and the Sex/Gender-based Harassment, Discrimination, and Sexual Misconduct Policy; directing and implementing institutional response efforts; and leading informal resolutions needed to address instances of discrimination and harassment and prevent their recurrence. Develop, monitor, and update policies and reporting procedures for equity compliance and Title IX complaints and issues. Oversee climate surveys regarding the areas of equity compliance and Title IX. Also provide training and information to the university community related to Title IX, non-discrimination, and non-retaliation policies.
