SUMMARY
Global Management Services LLC, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a qualified Roads and Grounds Supervisor for GSA Denver Federal Center contract. This individual will supervise the day to day landscape operations and snow event operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise up to 50 employees for landscape and snow removal duties
Oversee and implement landscape and snow removal plans
Understand and assure that the company/work meets the contract requirements
Promote Safety and Quality work
Assist the Project Manager as needed
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-3 years supervisor experience with landscaping and/or snow removal
OSHA 10 or 30 qualification
Must Pass a GSA Background Check
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Landscape
Snow Removal
Pesticides
Arborist
Preferred
Landscape Knowledge

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. Prolonged work hours during Winter Snow Events possible.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 
Job is performed in an outdoor setting with prolonged exposure to sun, rain, snow, etc. Some office work required, but limited.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises between 5-50 employees at any given time dependent on workload
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to the GSA Denver Federal Center. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to the GSA Denver Federal Center.
