I want a script that goes to a website uses login info of my client and navigates to a page and keeps refreshing the page till a change is found. once that change is found it should send final request to book the date for that user.

it will include multiple clients monitoring for change on that site via their login info.
http client needs to be fast and asynchronous. and with proper proxy implementation as mentioned in document.
I already have a basic bootstrap ui from its older version- so you can take hints from that when coding the frontend admin panel
I donot want to use selenium as speed is important in this project
you will be the architect, coder, QA for this. you are free to use your language/libraries of choice.
