This role involves preparing and negotiating a wide array of corporate and transactional documents, including entity formation, governance, supply, purchase, compliance, and merger and acquisition agreements. Duties

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, including entity formation, governance, operating, supply, purchase, compliance, and M&A agreements.



• Represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of various types, ensuring precise documentation and strategic advice.



• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional legal service and support client business goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters.



• Strong business development experience is a plus.



• Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment.



• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Education

• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex corporate and transactional documents.



• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
