The Ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:
· Florida HHA certification, CNA license or a passing score on the HHA Competency test
· A compassionate, caring, patient and positive attitude
· Good communication skills
· Ability to provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, vital signs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and run errands for clients as needed
· A strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and car insurance in your name
· CPR certificate
· Recent negative TB Test

4) Must have access to your own automobile during all shifts
5) Your CPR Certification
6) A reading of your most recent TB test
7) Your Professional License - (Only if applicable)
8) Certificate you received when you graduated from your HHA/C.N.A Course showing how many hours your course was
9) Any in-services you may have (inclusive of an HIV and Alzheimer's CEU if you have them)
10) If you have a certificate for training for 2-Hour Assist with Self Medication - bring this
