Duties

• Resolve complex business disputes.
• Represent clients in commercial litigation involving contracts, business torts, and shareholder disputes.
• Handle real estate, trust, and probate litigation.
• Advise clients on insolvency and creditor rights matters.
• Lead matters from strategy through resolution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate across practice areas for integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Approximately 8+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Experience handling sophisticated business disputes and related civil matters.
• Ability to independently manage cases through all stages.
• Courtroom and advocacy experience.
• Sound judgment and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership or eligibility for admission.
