Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or disabled patients by attending to their basic needs such as showering, dressing, grooming and eating
Help clients with their prescribed medications
Assist with out side errands and/or appointments
Assist with mobility and exercise
Plan and prepare meals
Assist with shopping as needed
Perform housekeeping duties
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Valid driver's license or government issued ID (Required)
Reliable transportation
At least 1 year experience in health care, hospitality, or in home care (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Finger print Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire (preferred)
Ability to pass a criminal background check (Required)
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (Required)
Flexible in availability
Able to lift 25 pounds
Must be able to act quickly & responsibly in the event of an emergency
Must possess a compassionate & supportive attitude
