Document Controller
The candidate will be responsible for: Offer immediate first level technical support to all levels of staff including: Management, Accounting, Collections, General Legal Staff, Attorneys, etc. Fully support: Case Management System (QLaw preferred); Microsoft Office products; Generating over 50 monthly client performance reports using: Managing Help Desk Tickets; Updating and maintaining legal document templates; Building SFTPs for client interactions; Building interfaces for existing/new clients data transfers; Maintain vendor relations for importing/exporting, such as: Bankruptcy software - daily updates; Credit reporting updates/scoring; Letter vendor - bulk mailing; Copier/printer troubleshooting; Mail Vendor maintenance and troubleshooting; Support Management requests for performance reports, forecasting, financial status, liquidation, etc. Provide solutions for efficiency, automation, and workflow; Collaborate with team to resolve help desk matters. Must have excellent communication skills. Should have basic knowledge in Sharepoint. Basic knowledge in Word press required. Dialer knowledge preferred. Must have Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or relevant experience. Should have 3-4 years of working in SQL Server 2008 and up. Must have 2+ years working with VB.NET language. Should have working knowledge in SSRS & SSIS as well as Crystal Reports. Troubleshooting skills required.
