This is the role for you. I have an exclusive role with a Cork based developer. They are keen to add to their dynamic team to work on a number of exciting projects. This role will expose you to commercial and industrial works.
This is a very well paid role for a recent ambitious and driven graduate of Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
Degree or Masters qualified in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or Construction Management
0-5 years experience within Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager roles
Keen to work direct for a Developer
Keen to work in Cork
Looking for a team who will support and guide them along their quantity surveying and development journey
Keen to work on site
Happy to work hand in hand with development manager
IT Savvy
Full Driving licence
