Director of Law Career Services
The candidate will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the School of Law Career Services Office in providing current Law School students and alumni with effective career counseling and optimal options for career placement. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have 4+ years of experience in a legal setting or in a career placement position. Should have effective verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of personal computers and standard software programs (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet applications, database management, etc.) is required. Experience at an institution of higher education preferred. Licensed to practice law in Alabama preferred. Knowledge of computer database programs is a plus.
