Claims Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury
The candidate should preferably have 2 years experience with pre-litigation case handling. Spanish speaking a plus. Must be able to assist in all aspects of the personal injury pre-litigation practice from initial intake including, but not limited to: intake, handling of no-fault, processing of and reviewing medical records, liens, and investigation. Responsibilities include heavy communication with clients and insurance adjusters. Individual must be able to work independently and with great attention to detail. Experience with Word, Excel, E-Courts, E-Filing, and TrialWorks (or other personal injury database) is required.
