Litigation Attorney
The candidate will manage portfolio of loans during the pendency of the lawsuit. Draft and review pleadings and correspondence during the pendency of a foreclosure action. Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel. Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable. Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency. Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control are strongly preferred. Should have 2-5 years of experience practicing law in, preferably, but not necessarily in foreclosure. Bar Membership in New Jersey and PA. Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence. Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations. Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
