Executive Director, Regulatory Compliance
The candidate will ensure that the health system, including the hospitals, are in compliance with regulations including: Stark Law, Place of Service, Anti-Kickback, FCA, AHCA-NCAL Quality Initiative, Conflict of Interest, Hospital Licensure (AHCA/DOH), TJC, CMS and related areas, HCQIA, FPPE, OPPE, EMTALA, and other Federal and/or State rules. Should have a J.D. degree, certification in Healthcare Compliance, or related certification, as well as 7+ years of experience in legal and/or compliance in the healthcare field. Excellent writing skills relative to clear and concise reporting of events and activities are required. Should be highly experienced in Federal/State statutes and regulations as well as guidance. Experience implementing organization policies and procedures is needed. Knowledge of TJC, CMS accreditation and COP standards is essential. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
