The candidate will work for the civil litigation defense law firm. Practice areas include: Auto Insurance, General Liability, Premises Liability, Medical/Dental Malpractice, Construction Defect. JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school required. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar required. Strong litigation experience in insurance coverage/defense experience required. Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation required. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of judges and juries. CA State Bar required. Should be an experienced, mid and senior-level defense litigation attorneys to join team.
