Overview:
The CRS Group is currently looking for a Global Mobility Supervisor for our client in Oakbrook, IL. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
As a Global Mobility Supervisor, you will help drive greater business value and partnership to our global assignee population as well as across all internal functions such as Global People, Payroll, Employment Tax and Finance. You will assist in executing on the day to days global mobility needs as we move staff and leaders across the globe.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure payroll and all associated costs are correctly charged back to appropriate entities.
• Download and share benefits/allowance sheets for international assignees with vendor to support appropriate payments and reimbursements.
• Reorganize the Global Mobility SharePoint site to streamline access to resources, training, documentation and links
• Create matrix of benefits by global grade and location to ease in cost estimate creation
• Assist in creation of checklists and training materials
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of expatriate tax, compensation and relocation issues
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits and compensation for mobile employees
• Ability to organize and streamline documentation and supporting information for assignment policies and procedures
• Understanding of mobility programs, processes and policies
