Job Description

The Legal Associate provides a wide range of support to the Office of General Counsel. The primary focus of the position is to draft, review, and edit operational contracts for stakeholders throughout the university, and to develop, and revise as necessary, standard contract templates. The Legal Associate also provides training to university clients in the use of template contracts, and also provides litigation support as needed. This is a 12-24 month limited term position designed for a recent law school graduate, though all levels of legal experience are welcome.
Minimum Qualifications

Law Degree required.

Strong communication skills; ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications

Admission to a State bar preferred.
