Profile

We are seeking a friendly and detailed oriented Personal Care Assistant to join our growing healthcare team.
We have a full-time positions available in Landover, MD.
Tentative Schedule: Monday - Friday and Every Other Weekend. Day Shift -- 7 hours per day -- 42 Hours Per Week
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure clients receive their medication on time
Support clients who can’t move on their own
Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
Assist clients with physical therapy exercises
Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions
Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
Provide emotional support
Inform supervisors about uncommon events and complete aide notes during shift
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Job Requirements
Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent.
Active Maryland CNA License
Must be able to complete a criminal background check.
Must have current CPR certification.
Must comprehend the basics of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation, alzheimers.
Must understand and respect clients including ethics and confidentiality.
