We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Construction Materials Project Manager in Farmington NM.  This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to help our Team Unit.nn nnResponsibilitiesnn• Work with project designers and clients to ensure that client specifications are followednn• Perform routine to complex inspection and testing of construction materials in the fieldnn• Prepare daily reports on observation activitiesnn• Assist with proposal scoping and preparationnn• Track project budgets and prepare invoicingnn• Review observation and test data for accuracy and completenessnn• Assist with training, supervision, and mentoring of junior staff as needednn nnRequired and Preferred Education / Experiencenn• High school diploma or equivalentnn• 4 year Civil Engineering degree, preferrednn• 4 years of construction materials testing and observation experiencenn• Experience ranging from small to large complex construction and/or heavy highway projectsnn nnMinimum Certificationsnn• ACI Concrete Field Testing Techniciannn• One ICC Certificationnn• One ATTI Certificationnn nnPreferred Certificationsnn• ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspectornn• ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspectornn• ICC Pre-stressed Concrete Special Inspectornn• ATTI Field Technician or equivalentnn• Nuclear Gauge / Radiation Safetynn nnRequired Skillsnn• A valid driver's license and a clean driving history requirednn• Ability to read and comprehend plans and specificationsnn• Experience with performing IBC Special Inspectionsnn• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsnn• Comfortable with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Drivenn• Attention to detailnn• Strong organization and planning skillsnn• Professional attitude and bearingnn nnWe offer an excellent benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, holiday, paid-time off, 401k, and more.
