Judicial Foreclosure Team Lead - TX
The candidate will be gaining valuable experience and training in the world of legal and financial services. Coordinating with other departmental team members including case intake, sales, and invoicing to achieve ultimate client satisfaction. Preparation of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, hearing notices, and any other necessary legal documentation to be reviewed by the attorney. Responding to and/or initiating communications with clients. Updating servicer processing systems. Adhering to legislative, investor, and client-driven foreclosure timelines. Overseeing a portfolio of judicial foreclosure cases in Texas and Arkansas state courts. Must have 4+ years of experience handling Texas Home Equity Foreclosure and/or Arkansas judicial foreclosure processes and associated documents. Processing knowledge of various servicer foreclosure processing systems (BKFS, Tempo, Vendorscape, etc.) is encouraged. Must have the ability to rapidly adapt to change; and work in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment. Should have a willingness to cooperate and work collaboratively to accomplish objectives. Must adhere to timeline management.
