The candidate's duties will include : To oversee, plan, and manage a personal injury caseload. The caseload will consist of approximately 80 cases. Will work directly with the attorney assigned to the case and will handle the case through the settlement disbursement. Handle cases the correct way, with the support of senior attorneys, the financing to hire the needed experts, and the ability to work your caseload in a team environment. Thrive in an environment that places an emphasis on providing customer service, connecting with your clients, and provides the structure that will allow this. Must have 3 years relevant work experience. Should have excellent writing skills; must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Windows environment; Should have demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills; Spanish Speaking a Plus.
