Intermediate ETL/ Informatica Developer Open to Remote

Profile

The Intermediate ETL Developer is responsible for creating custom integration workflows using Informatica.  Works with other teams to negotiate a solution and get results.  They will resolve production issues with limited support, troubleshoot and resolve application data and technical integration issues.

 

REPORTS TO: Sr.Manager, Integration

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Build, review and analyze the ETL requirements *Design, develop, implement and assist in validating ETL processes *Create and execute unit test plans based on system and validation requirements *Troubleshoot, optimize and tune ETL processes *Document all ETL related work per company's methodology *Maintain existing code and fix bugs when needed *Ensure all timeline of loading/validating data are met *Develop mapping / sessions / workflows *Determine the structure of data; experience in data analysis *Self-manage time and task priorities to meet project timelines and identify potential project risks *Handle multiple work related tasks *Write and optimize SQL code (Google Cloud Platform and Oracle 19c a MUST) and stored procedures *Self-manage time and task priorities and of other developers on the project *24x7 On-Call Support Rotation
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*3-4 years of experience in Informatica development. 

*Informatica development experience includes the ability to understand reusability, parameterization, workflow design, etc.

*5 years IT experience *Strong scripting skills(shell or perl) *Experience with Informatica B2B a plus *Strong understanding of Informatica Powercenter 10x *Retail experience preferred *Previous Google Cloud Platform experience preferred *Previous Oracle 19c database experience *Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
