This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a future leader in our organization. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to our nursing home staff Focused on the future Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Manage budgets and financial performance of the facility Oversee the hiring and training of staff Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Requirements: An unencumbered LNHA license that is active in the state of Ohio Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes Ability to manage budgets and financial performance A Servant Leader Values diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging of all staff, residents, families and guests Passion for improving the lives of older adults and a commitment to quality care This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a future leader in our organization.
