Starting pay: $23-33/hour benefits after the onboarding period
3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7 a.m., Monday through Friday
Responsibilities for Maintenance Lead:
1 year of experience working in a laboratory setting
Inspect and test machinery and equipment
Dismantles defective machines and equipment, installs new or repaired parts following proper safety protocols
Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures.
Must be able to complete 480 volt electrical and troubleshooting of 110 control
Lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe systems related to hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Repair, replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment
Help maintain the internal PM system
Operate cutting torch or welding equipment
Maintenance of anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems
Write routine reports
Qualifications for Maintenance Lead:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Completion of Garden City Ammonia Operator 1 Training desired, but not required
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
