Associate Attorney
The candidate will be representing clients zealously, Must: be able to independently draft legal documents including complaints, motions, equitable distribution affidavits, financial affidavits, discovery and orders. Manage client case load from beginning of a family law matter to the end. Must be able to encourage a positive work environment in the most stressful times, and interact appropriately with staff and clients at all times. New attorneys will be mentored but are expected to take aggressive initiative prior to review. Experience of 1 year (Preferred); Doctorate (Preferred); NC Bar (Preferred); Associate / Assistant (Preferred); Spanish (Preferred). Should have the ability to competently and confidently represent clients in court, in mediation, and in depositions.
