Duties

• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.



• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.



• Minimum of 5 years of practice experience in civil litigation.



• Willingness to work autonomously and within a team structure.



• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.



• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctorate or better.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in North Carolina.
