Adjunct Faculty Paralegal, Part-time
Candidate will handle Instruction, student advising, and student support. Must have: Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies AND relevant experience OR Bachelor's in Pre-law or Legal Studies or similar discipline AND relevant experience OR JD Degree from an ABA Accredited Law School. 3-5 years recent(within the last 10 years) and continuous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Law Clerk (Associate and Bachelor degree holders only).
Exceptions: PAL 170 (Constitutional Law) requires Bachelor's in Political Science or History or similar discipline OR JD from an ABA Accredited Law School. PAL 215 (Paralegal Seminar) and PAL 280 (Paralegal Internship) require JD from an ABA Accredited Law school OR Certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) or National Association of Legal Professionals (NALS).
