Staff Attorney
Duties: Handle all functions related to legal advocacy with a focus on family law and CINA law, ranging from intake to the representation of clients before, the District, Circuit, appellate and federal courts, and all relevant agencies. Providing legal assistance in expungement cases and other legal practices areas handled by the County Office as needed. Participate in outreach activities and clinics (including, but not limited to the Lawyer in the Library Clinics). Participation in County Bar Association activities, Legal Aid Task Forces, and other internal committees is required.
