The candidate must have Work Study Funds. Must be a High School graduate or equivalent and currently enrolled be student in a graduate or undergraduate degree program. Learn about the fundamentals of tenant advocacy as: answer hotline contacts (calls, voice mail messages, emails, letters, etc.); process intake information; research issues/problems; confer with other staff and respond to tenant contacts; and assist in tenant rights and responsibilities trainings.
