Duties
Seeking a dedicated, professional
and enthusiastic individual focused on expanding their HR career within
HRIS reporting and analysis.
Someone skilled with utilizing
standard reporting tools and Crystal Reports to manage and audit data and
coordinate workflow within the HRIS database for the lifecycle of both
on-campus and in-office recruitment efforts.
Required
2 years of HRIS reporting experience
Demonstrated proficiency with
LawCruit – serious consideration will be given to those with experience
working with at least one other integrated HRIS system, i.e. viDesktop,
UltiPro, Encore, PC Recruiter, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, SilkRoad, Workday,
Halogen TalentSpace, Oracle Taleo, Jobvite, Bullhorn, iCIMS Recruit, Sendouts,
StaffingSoft, etc.
Strong knowledge of and hands-on
experience working with Crystal Reports, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
and Access
Bachelor's Degree
