The candidate will join firm specializes in representing policyholders in fire, property damage, and insurance-coverage disputes. Should have five years experience in Litigation. Preferred candidates are those with solid knowledge about insurance law or insurance coverage. Candidates will be expected to be involved in all aspects of Litigation. Will be drafting pleadings, respond to motions and discovery requests, and draft and respond to dispositive motions. Conduct legal research. Attend hearings. Take and defend depositions. Other assignments as needed.
