Graduate Fellow
The Graduate Fellow assists the Clinic professors in all aspects of their work for clients, including in litigation and other legal matters. In addition, the Graduate Fellow will help supervise law students in their representation of clients. Assist attorneys with ongoing litigation and other legal matters. Tasks may include investigating potential claims against companies and government agencies, researching and drafting briefs, drafting and responding to discovery requests, representing clients at administrative and court hearings. Provide support in supervision of Clinic students and perform related duties as assigned, including some administrative duties that relate to the operation of the Clinic. Tasks include compiling teaching materials and model documents for student use and supervising students in research and writing. Must be Member of the California State Bar in good standing. Should have J.D. degree from **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., class of 2017 or 2018. Commitment to community service and social justice, ability to work with students. staff, and clients is required. Superb analytical, writing, research, and oral communication skills is required. Familiarity with environmental law is preferred.
