The Sr. Specialist provides retail operational expertise to fulfillment operations. This role runs day-to-day fulfillment operations and reporting with focus on execution of tactical plans for customer fulfillment centers. This role is responsible for retail plans and tactics and supports the Omi-Channel Operations and Services Manager as required with broader business initiatives and project work. The Sr. Specialist works cross-functionally with retail stores, demand planning, IT, finance, HR, services, retail operations, and other company partners to enable execution of fulfillment operations in retail.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Fulfillment Center Support and Operational Fulfillment Execution
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities in partnership with manager and team. These activities
i
nclude but are not limited to:
Training for retail, partners, and other operational projects
Communications in all vehicles and to all audiences
Management of fulfillment metrics including pick rates, NPS, Ready in an Hour, etc.
Retail support and issue resolution
Retail tools, process, and SOP
Omni-channel fulfillment strategy and training
Monitors retail feedback integration points and provides insight and opportunities to manager and partners.
Design fulfillment plans, tools, and tactics to yield a positive employee and customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience in data analysis
2 or more years retail operations or equivalent
Proficient skills in data analysis and Excel
Strong business acumen: ability to make recommendations for new metrics, strategies, and methods to improve business outcomes
Strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively influence/lead change and execute to plan while developing collaborative relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced PC Skills with Microsoft Office products and experience in PowerBI
Possess high degree of initiative, creative, innovative, proactive skills and abilities
Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels of leadership
