DESCRIPTION:Machine Application project consists of development and support Machine ECU's software for our product line. These machine consists of multiple ECUs for controlling the propulsion, transmission and machine features by controlling the electro-hydraulic system. Every machine usually has multiple ECUs for controlling machine movement & machines functions. Scope of this project is to design, develop, validate machine application software, control systems, component calibration, service tool and diagnostics support. Software Design validation & integration from development team. Development of Matlab models and integration core-hydraulics and hystat models to machine application software. The project is slowly graduating into functional safety compliance and migrating to AUTOSAR standard software development. * Will act as an Onsite Coordinator working with the customer and offshore team in Bangalore, India* Project Management, Effort Planning, Schedule Tracking* Acts as the Product Owner within the Agile process - gathers requirements to create user stories* Technical direction of junior team members.* Assist with integration test Minimum Qualifications1. BS/MS in EE/CE/CS with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in development of software for embedded systems in C/C 2. Experience developing for RTOS (real time operating system) and a multi-layered software architecture - Preferably Linux3. Experience with software drivers for CAN communication4. Experience with basic concepts of close loop control5. Experience with 32bit processor architecture6. Experience with debugging tools such as oscilloscope and network analyzer.7. Experience in the automotive, construction, heavy haul or off highway transportation industries8. At least 2 years of technical project management experience of electronic product development from concept to production. (please note that this NOT a hands off program manager position)9. Experience creating software requirements and design documentation.10. Good leadership, oral and written communication skills with the ability to professionally support periodic communication to management and technical teams is required. 11. Project Management skills such as project scheduling, risk management, configuration management, conflict and issue resolution is a plus.12. Experience Agile Scrum development methodologies13.
