Coordinator of K-12 Academic Partnerships

DUTIES: Organize application, contractual, and articulation processes with K-12 partners. In partnership with the assigned administrator and Faculty Coordinator, coordinate and develop course schedules for K-12 partner initiatives. Work with the Course Scheduling Analyst to develop K-12 partners’ processes and timelines that are seamlessly integrated into IHCC scheduling and staffing processes. Coordinate assessment processes in area high schools as required by National Association for Concurrent Enrollment Programs (NACEP) accreditation standards and Perkins program of study Technical Skills Assessment requirements. Build program components essential to HLC and NACEP accreditation. Collaborate with IHCC enrollment services to coordinate essential student enrollment and tracking processes. Coordinate K-12 teacher professional development activities designed to meet NACEP, Perkins and selected grant requirements. Coordinate K-12 student visits and plan and activities designed to meet K-12 partner program and grant requirements. In partnership with Institutional Research, identify, coordinate, report, and track essential program assessment and evaluation information. Coordinate development, review, and administration of Perkins data and Technical Skill Assessments to create reports to provide reliable data to meet the College’s strategic needs.
