Developer needed to build a database-driven website from scratch
In search of a website developer to build a complete database centered website service from scratch. Must have knowledge of any modern preferred coding language, SQL database, and PHP forms. The site must involve complete encryption/privacy protection for health care and legal professions. The site must be suitable for subsequent adaptation to a mobile version. The main target business is a health/legal firm (the customer), who will have many person-clients to populate the database with individualized information.
The website will be accessible from multiple web-site interfaces depending on the type of user. The website must be easily customizable for each customer to form it to their business web/branding appearance (e.g. easily adding logos, customer name, colors, font, and adding, deleting, or changing instructions/introductions). The customer needs to have two different types of access (admin and employee).
There should be a messaging ability for customers and clients to communicate with outputs for email/calendar entries/report printing. Both customers and clients will require secure password login creation/management.
Construction will be to first build the database and main home demographic page with login features. There will then be additional requirements for data entry pages for clients to further populate the database (estimated 10 pages for the client version and a similar number of pages (some different from the client version) for the customer interface). The construction needs to accommodate instructional videos internally by clicking. Data input will be a combination of drop-down menus, free text, and interactive diagrams (being able to select areas on a diagram with different indicator colors) similar to a paint module. The site features should have a search feature for names/addresses from Google. Email/address/phone should all be made active links. Web pages will be cross-connected.
Each step will be monitored and paid through Guru with active feedback.
Additional features will be added for further payable work beyond the current project budget.
The website and code will be delivered to me before the final payment and I will be the sole owner.
