The candidate will have full oversight responsibility for law school admissions. Reports to the Associate Dean for Student Services and is responsible for the operations of the law school admissions office. These responsibilities include recruitment and counseling of prospective students and applicants, review of applications, recommending action on applications and coordination with current students, alumni, and faculty as necessary to manage and meet enrollment and retention goals. In addition, will perform enrollment data analysis, assist in the development of print and digital marketing campaigns including the use of social media, supervise work-aid students and coordinate on-campus events. The Assistant Dean will advise the Dean, Associate Dean, Faculty Admissions Committee and the Law School Board of Visitors about admissions policies, including student recruitment strategies, admission targets and priorities, admissions criteria and other related matters. A Juris Doctor Degree required. Minimum 3-5 years professional experience required. Experience in law school admissions preferred. License to practice law in any jurisdiction required.
