Senior Immigration Attorney (NIV)
The candidate will work closely with firm partners on high-end corporate client matters, and mentor/assist associate attorneys and paralegals on NIV casework. Responsible for handling ongoing caseloads of 60 NIV matters on a monthly basis. Daily correspondence and calls with clients, providing strategic advice and guidance. Expert understanding of the overall employment-based and NIV process. Analyze, prepare and file 500 H-1B petitions and 300 RFE’s in the past 3 years. Must have 10-15 years of H-1B team leadership in strategizing, reviewing, and preparing complex petitions and RFE responses; experience on other NIV cases including L and O type matters; proven comprehensive integration of case management software in both team leadership and case completion.
