! At Overture Home Care, we are currently seeking professional, reliable, and empathetic Caregivers and CNAs available for Weekends to work 3p-11p, 11p-7a, short 4-6 hour shifts, or 12 hour shifts. We assist seniors all over Fort Worth, Bedford, North Richland Hills, Cleburne, and more! We understand how tough the caregiving job can be because many of our support team has started out as caregivers, too. Because you do so much, we make sure you are taken care of as well. Here’s what we mean:
For the new year, we are offering a Sign On Bonus
! Work 100 hours in your first four full pay periods and earn $100! If you come on full time working 32 hours a week or more, make another $150 at your 90 days. It really is that easy. You get paid weekly, every Monday and we pay via direct deposit.

Job Requirements
We have several positions available immediately, such as RN delegated cases, on-call positions, as well as working with COVID-19 positive patients (Hazard Pay), and companion care as well.
Overture Home Care offers RN-delegated home care and companion services to seniors and other individuals requiring care. The company’s highly-trained caregivers are overseen by one of three staff RNs, delivering a variety of services to enable their clients to live independently, safely and with dignity.
Provide care as directed by the Case Manager to clients requiring in-home
Provide assistance with ADL’s, AIDLs, transportation, l ight housekeeping and meals.
Reports observations and other pertinent information related to the care of the client.
Documents information related to client care on agency forms or i n electronic record.
Provides services that support the care delivered to the client.
Provides input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care.
Participates in the development of client objectives.
Participates in the identification of staff educational needs.
Conducts self in a professional manner in compliance with agency policies.
Participates in the quality assessment and improvement process and activities.
Communicates client’s progress to Case Manager; report condition changes immediately!
Ensure the Core Values of Patience, Dignity and Discretion are adhered to at all time.
