Senior Director, Research Compliance and Clinical Trials
The candidate will collaboratively with business leadership, develop and implement research risk mitigation strategies that prevent, detect and minimize research risk liability to the business. Cooperate with other Firm’s risk assessing organizations to develop and implement a matrixed approach for research risk mitigation. Will provide research compliance based information to business leaders that allow risk-based decisions for business activities. Prepare documentation and reports that support federal, state or other relevant regulations for implementation within business processes including FDA, OHRP, CMS, and OIG guidance. Prepare and assist business with research compliance issues for new product launches and mergers and acquisitions activities. Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to, projects and initiatives related to research compliance, etc.
