Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Detroit, MI and various unanticipated locations nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Transforming how clients deliver services to customers. Delivering large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies. Partnering with clients to transofrm service delivery to those most in need. Directing large technology engagements and participating in projects including ideation, identification, planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and production. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Functioning as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Creating test cases and performing Functional, Non-Functional, System Integration (SIT), Black-Box, White-Box, and End-to-End testing of software applications.Utilizing MVC (Model-View Controller) Architecture to write design specific documents, implement business rules, design and develop web layers, and isolate application layers to enhance integration and optimize application performance. Using Microsoft (MS) Visio to develop detailed flow diagrams, use cases, and sequence diagrams for business use cases. Review Unit Test code changes to ensure code is developed per business requirements and Quality Assurance standards. Developing user interface screens using Java, J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition), JSP (JavaServer Pages), and JavaScript to collect information from clients and determine eligibility based on collected information. Using PL/SQL Developer and Oracle database to create ad-hoc reports for business use. Using SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) and REST (Representational state transfer) to develop services that help in transferring data between source systems and external and federal systems, in real time. Using RAD (Rational Application Developer) IDE (integrated development environment) to develop and customize application frameworks.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field.
Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.
Must have twoyears of experience with:
