Responsibilities:
Communicating with parties regarding closing & scheduling
Assisting managing paralegal
Preparing and distributing title work
Obtaining clients forms and closing invoices
Working with lenders to balance Closing Disclosures
Preparing closing documents for client execution
Requirements
This position will report to a managing paralegal and operate in a team environment.
