Job Requirements
Valid Indiana HHA Certification
• Positive Attitude
• Prior Home Health experience a plus
• Reliable Transportation
• Car Insurance
• Physical within the last 6 months
• TB skin test
• Clean Background

Must pass drug screen upon offer
