Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Must be a licensed driver with a clean driving record and adhere to RN Services’ Vehicle Safety Program
Has a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state and/or RN Services’ policy
Must own a cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities
Must have daily access to RN Services’ email
Knowledge of the English language
Must complete all physical and mental demands of job description
Has corrected vision and hearing with normal range
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RN Services
Follows directions as provided by the client and/or client’s family and RN Services
Communicates effectively with the client, the client’s family, and team members
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, the client’s family and team members
Complies with RN Services’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies
Agrees to variable work schedules including evening, weekend and holiday hours and client changes
Current CPR certification
Yearly TB testing and free of communicable diseases when reporting to work
Is responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed
Participates in staff meetings and in servicing
Assumes other duties, as requested by the team leader or president
