Frandsen Bank & Trust has an exciting opportunity to work as a Residential Mortgage Servicing Specialist at our New Ulm, MN location. This position will involve the servicing of family mortgage loans from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the FHLB Mortgage Partnership Program. Duties will involve customer service, error resolution, real estate tax management, and other duties involved in the servicing of the mortgage loans.
A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and data entry skills are required to provide quality service. Digital products supported include, but are not limited to: Retail and Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and Lockbox.
A minimum of two years related experience in retail banking, business banking or bank operation is required. Qualified candidates must also have a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
