Shift Needs:
This particular female clients needs assistance daily
for split shifts. First shift is from 9am-12pm
and second shift is from 4pm-8pm
. Client lives in Lynnwood and does not have any smoking or pets in the home.
Care Needs:
Bathing, Bed Mobility, Diabetic foot care, Dressing, Eating, Housework, Locomotion In Room, Locomotion Outside Room, Meal Preparation, Medication Management, Personal Hygiene, Toilet Use, Transfers (gait belt), and Transportation.
Job Requirements
Must have active NAR, HCA, or CNA license in Washington state.
