In addition to a competitive compensation package, the firm is offering $80,000 in signing and retention incentives to support a successful lateral transition.

About the Opportunity

As an Income Partner, you'll represent employers in sophisticated labor and employment matters while contributing your litigation experience, strategic judgment, and client service skills to a collaborative legal team.



The role provides an opportunity to handle significant employment disputes while working alongside experienced attorneys serving businesses across a variety of industries.

Potential Responsibilities

- Represent management-side clients in employment litigation matters.

- Handle complex disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

- Manage litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

- Advise employers on employment-related litigation risks and dispute resolution.

- Collaborate with partners and associates on sophisticated legal matters.

- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver practical, business-focused legal counsel.

- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's litigation practice.

Ideal Candidate

We're interested in speaking with attorneys who offer:

- A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

- Active California bar admission.

- Substantial experience in management-side employment litigation.

- A strong record of independently handling complex employment disputes.

- Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

- The professional judgment and leadership capabilities expected of a partner-level attorney.

- A collaborative approach to client service and legal practice.
