Summer Associate Program
The candidate will experience first-had the nature of practice by attending trials, hearings, depositions, client meetings and strategy sessions. Assist with a variety of work including substantive legal writing. For example, you may prepare a pre-trial brief, a motion for the trial court or assist with an appellate brief. There is no “make work” in our program. Will get the same types of assignments as associates at our firm. If you work on a brief or a motion, will also assist in helping the attorney get ready to make the oral argument.
