Legal Studies Adjunct
The candidate will develop appropriate academic lectures, assignments, tests, and other learning experiences that allow all students to achieve course objectives set in course syllabus. Assignments and exams must be graded and returned to students in a timely manner. Accurate class participation records and grades must be submitted for all students. Instructor must be reasonably accessible to students for questions and assistance, and must comply with department and institutional requirements. Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Current or past experience working with paralegals is required for instructors of legal specialty courses. Prefer secondary institution experience and recent or current practice experience in areas of instruction.
