Looking for Solution Architect with 10 years experience in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.
5 years experience with SharePoint Technologies in a variety of business environments.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Business analysis and business process understanding.
Strong ability to assist clients with business requirements and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business both verbally and in writing.
Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuring, programming and unit testing for information worker applications.
Experience producing end-user and technical documentation.
Technical experience and skills:
Minimum 5 years SharePoint design and implementation of large multi-server farms.
Solid knowledge and experience on Microsoft technology landscape including various server products.
Capacity Planning.
Growth Management.
Intranet / Internet / Extranet Collaboration.
Intranet Central Search Portal.
Business Process Management.
Software testing and training.
Database administration.
Licensing.
IT Infrastructure Design.
SharePoint Server Farms
a Clustered or Mirrored SQL Server
a Co-located Infrastructure
a Large farm design and implementation
Microsoft certification in Microsoft Certification in Systems Engineering or Solution Development is a plus
Experience with SQL Server
Web Analytics experience a plus
Knowledge must include architectural design, web parts development, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence.
Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page customization) is required.
Experience configuring and working with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server 2005 is required.
